Maha has 15 years of comprehensive HR experience, including recruitment & workforce planning, employee relations & compliance, compensation & benefits, performance & talent management, learning and development, organizational development and employee relations. She collaborates with the senior management to conduct human resources strategic planning in order to support and develop further corporate goals. Maha’s experience is diverse and includes banking, e-commerce, consultancy, pharmaceuticals, INGOs, retail and oil & gas.

She had supported clients in a variety of industries and worked with HR Consulting and Support teams.
